We do not offer any refunds on our products.
Should a product be faulty, it can be returned for an exchange subject to an inspection of the product and management approval.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at howzit@chroniccampers.co.za for further instructions.
Our factory is based in Silverton, Pretoria. We are willing to book a courier company on your behalf, but we do not take responsibility for any damage or delivery-related issues. You, as the client, are welcome to arrange your own courier company. Us booking a courier for you just just an administrative value added service.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please allow 1 to 3 business days to allow suppliers and importers time to prepare packages before the courier is instructed to collect.
